Which metrics this page shows

Metric Key Type How to read it
Android installs android_count Count A direct count without extra recalculation.
Android rating android_ratingValue Value Current average rating shown by the app store.
Android ratings count android_ratingCount Count Number of ratings or reviews in the app store.

Example: app-store snapshot

For app stores, dstat does not calculate PPD, ER, or IR. These pages show direct storefront values such as installs, rating, and rating volume.

Calculation steps

  1. Android installs
    Direct store snapshot value
    = 5,000,000+
  2. Android rating
    Store rating is published as a ready-made storefront value
    = 4.70
  3. Android ratings count
    Direct storefront counter of ratings/reviews
    = 128 400

This is not a calculated engagement metric. It is the app-card snapshot at the moment the data was read.

Platform-specific nuances

  • android_count, android_ratingValue, and android_ratingCount should be read as direct store-card fields.
  • These values are not normalized into engagement percentages and do not use a period denominator.
  • Related apps and storefront URLs are useful artifacts but not derived KPIs.
