Section: Content platforms · vc

vc.ru is treated as a content platform with a profile, posts in period, and view-based metrics.

What this page includes

A metric table, worked examples, and short platform-specific notes.

How to read the examples

All numbers are illustrative. They are here to explain the formula, not to describe a specific account.

Which metrics this page shows

Metric Key Type How to read it
VC subscribers vc_subscribers_count Count A direct count without extra recalculation.
VC subscriptions vc_subscriptions_count Count A direct count without extra recalculation.
Publication rate vc_ppd Posting rate How many publications come out per day on average within the selected period.
IR (by views) vc_interaction_rate_by_views Percent Share of all reactions relative to views: (likes + comments + shares) / views * 100.
LR (by views) vc_like_rate_by_views Percent Share of likes relative to views.

Example: PPD and rate-pair calculation

A sample scenario. The numbers below are only meant to show the formula and the order of calculation.

Inputs

  • Period: 28 days
  • Publications: 10
  • Audience: 52 000

Calculation steps

  1. Publication rate
    10 / 28
    = 0.36 posts/day
  2. Actions sum
    7 900 + 430 + 270
    = 8 600 actions
  3. LR (by views)
    7 900 / 158 000 * 100
    = 5.00%
  4. IR (by views)
    8 600 / 158 000 * 100
    = 5.44%
  5. LR (by followers)
    7 900 / 52 000 * 100
    = 15.19%
  6. ER (by followers)
    8 600 / 52 000 * 100
    = 16.54%

If views or audience data are missing, these metrics stay empty.

Example: median calculation

A median shows the typical value per publication. If the data is missing, dstat leaves the field empty instead of inventing a zero.

  • Value set: 2.80, 3.20, 3.90, 4.70, 5.40
  1. IR (by views)
    median([2.80, 3.20, 3.90, 4.70, 5.40])
    = 3.90%

If there are no valid values, the page shows an empty field rather than an artificial zero.

Platform-specific nuances

  • Key public fields: vc_subscribers_count, vc_subscriptions_count, vc_ppd, vc_interaction_rate_by_views, and vc_like_rate_by_views.
  • For content platforms, the distinction between scale (subscribers_count) and reach/engagement (*_rate_by_views) matters.
  • vc_profile_url can be hidden in client text if it duplicates site_vc_url.
